In January 2002 individual practices of attorneys Monica Livescu and Dan Livescu merged forming Livescu & Livescu – Associated Attorney Practice, changing in 2004 to Livescu & Associates – Attorneys at law.
Livescu & Asociatii has permanent headquarters registered in the Valcea Bar and the Bucharest Bar (secondary office).
The existence of the two offices allows for legal assistance and permanent representation in the jurisdiction of the Bucharest Court of Appeal as well as the Pitesti Court of Appeal (counties of Valcea and Arges) this constituting an advantage for our clients with legal matters in these areas of the country, including counties in the outskirts. This also allows for the efficient administration of litigations before the High Justice and Cassation Court as well as Constitutional Court for clients in any area of our country as well as abroad.
Livescu & Associates works especially in the areas of Property Law and Business Law, with all of the areas and aspects that derive from these.
The European Court of Human Rights – ECHR is also an area where we are striving for excellence and a practice that would set precedents.
Research and development is another important area of proactice, with an experience of over 14 years of legal matters in the national institutes of research and development
