Attorney at law Monica Livescu

Monica Livescu is a founding partner of Livescu & Associates.
She has been involved in the activity of bodies selected for the lawyer profession since 1997 when she was elected a Counselor in the Valcea Bar. She is the Dean of Valcea County Bar.
As of July 2007 she is a member of the Council of the National Union of Romanian Bars (CNURB), elected through the votes of the delegates of the CNURB congress.
Within the bar she is also responsible for the training and the professional development of attorneys. She is a lecturer of the National Institute for the Training and Professional Development of Attorneys, leading and organizing numerous symposiums, seminars and meetings of professional development.
She is the author of legal articles, essays and scientific disertations presented as part of symposiums organized by Bars and the National Institute for the Training and Professional Development of Attorneys, some of these pieces of work being published in magazines of the field.
She has the right to plead in the High Court of Cassation and Justice and in the Constitutional Court.
At present, she constantly working in matters of The European Court of Human Rights – ECHR - case law.
