Dan Livescu is a founding partner of Livescu & Associates and a managing partner.
Starting from the premise that you can only be a good business attorney if you have a deep understanding of the field, he has completed his legal studies with a postgraduate degree obtained in the Academy of Economic Studies, International Business Dept. (2001) and was licensed as a capital market broker (1996).

Research and development is an important area of practice, with an experience of over 14 years of legal matters in the national institutes of research and development.

He is the author of legal matters articles, essays and scientific dissertations, some of these pieces of work being published in magazines of the field.
He has the right to plead in the High Court of Cassation and Justice and in the Constitutional Court.
