Attorney at law Adelina Moghina

Adelina Moghina is a collaborator of Livescu & Associates.
She has been working with Livescu & Associates since the time she was a trainee. After becoming a lawyer she has continued her activity and training in the company, participating in latter’s complex projects and cases.
She is a co-author of the essay Analysis of the practice of ECHR in cases against Romania 2007-2008 presented as part of the symposium organized by the Bar and the National Institute of the Training and Professional Development of Attorneys, later published in the magazine of the NITPDA.
She has the right to plead in the Court of Appeal.
